Hot July Vacation

We just returned from a Softball Tournament week in PCB! We normally go to the beach in Sept or Oct. we were nervous about the crowds and the heat. We had a wonderful week. This condo is amazing!! Bikini Bobs is an institution and it was so convenient. My kids loved ice cream for a dollar. This condo housed our family of six easily. It was sooooo convenient being on the third floor during this busy time!! We could zip up and down the stairs and didn’t have to fight the crowds. The dehumidifier kept us cool without having to overwork the ac unit. We go to PCB every summer but have never stayed here but it was very enjoyable and we can’t wait to go back!!!!! Thank you Georgiana for walking us through the process and being available for questions or concerns!

Great Stay!

First off, communication with Georgianna was next to none. She answered everything quickly around the condo and the booking process. Booking process was simple! As far the condo, condo was great. Clean, comfortable, and nice view. The condo had everything we needed utensils for cooking, towels, rags, washer, dryer and etc. All you need is clothes and food and you are set. Resort, the Summit is one of the best. You can’t beat the pools, beach access, Bikini Bobs, convenient to anything you need. I’ll be staying again. I would recommend me this condo and resort to anyone.

Wonderful Time!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. We love staying at The Summit and hope to rent from you again. We loved how clean the condo was and of course the view.

Great choice

We normally stay ground level but the unit was already booked. I contacted Mrs Hand and she responded quickly. I was very happy with the location of 322. The 3rd floor was perfect and this condo is located near the main elevators and stairs. We did use the stairs a lot just to save time waiting on the elevators. Very clean and loved the dehumidifier in the condo. The condo had everything you needed and was not cluttered up with decorations. There was plenty of storage places. Great water pressure in the shower. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Very nice upgraded mattress. You couldn’t feel any of the support bars from the pull out. A set of beach chairs were included and the new style was comfortable. FYI any condo that includes beach chairs in the rental are limited to the back row only and you have to check in daily to get assigned a new set of chairs. The front row is reserved for daily and weekly rentals only. It’s something new they started this year. The chair guys were super friendly and we were able to get the same area everyday. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Great people to work with. My security deposit was returned the same day. Thank you Mrs Hand for being super easy to work with.

Great Fall Vacation

My husband and I took our 13 yr. old granddaughter to the beach for her fall break. Great times were had by all! The condo was very clean. The 3rd floor is great if elevators are full you can take the stairs. Georgiana was great to work with. She is just a phone call or text away. Gets back with you instantly! I will be staying again!
