Spacious and accommodating with comfy furnishings

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you need. The living room furniture was comfy. I have stayed in condos with sofas that completely sink in. Not here. The furniture was cozy. I was a little worried about everyone having enough space. We had 6 travelers, 3 adults 3 kids. But I was pleasantly surprised at the accomadations. The bedroom has a king. There is a bunk bed in the hall which my pre teen nephew enjoyed and the couch has a pull out bed. No one complained about thier sleeping arrangement. This condo is on the 3rd floor which is perfect for catching the stairs instead of waiting for elevator. We were here in peak summer so elevator was busy. The balcony is big and overlooks the pool and ocean. The kids loved the pools as much as the ocean. The condos have a tiki bar with reasonably priced yummy fruity drinks. And also a snack shack called Bikini Bob's. They have cheap eats too! The property manager is easy going to rent from. She kept us updated on the condo being ready. The room also has Wi-Fi and a punch code so no extra key to keep up with.

Great place! Great lower level for kids!

Great 3rd floor room! I always look for lower level rooms because of the kiddos! Great balcony overlooking the pools and Gulf of Mexico!

Amazing view and even better hospitality!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the communication prior to the trip all the way to after I arrived back home, this condo is in great shape and very beautiful. Took my wife and children and we all enjoyed our whole stay. I will rent this room for years to come !!

We've Already Booked for Next Year!

The devastation of Hurricane Michael that was heaped upon PCB and vicinity in October 2018 was still easily observed during our stay from January to April 2019 with many retail and restaurant establishments closed permanently. We also observed much of the rebuilding of the area during our stay. Despite the destruction, the Summit was repaired and didn’t seem to suffer much damage while everything we needed was available to us – from the nearby Walmart and golf course to the exceptional Chinese buffet and steak house. We found all the churches, library (and next-door senior’s center) in the PCB area that we’ve attended to be open and welcoming. Our third-floor apartment was situated right on the beach with a fabulous view of the ocean – including occasional dolphin sightings! There are two pools—one heated and one not. The heated one was a bonus during the cooler months. The condo is clean and was roomy enough for our family. You will enjoy your stay here.
